pathetic Makro not giving my money back on product you cancelled order on

Bought a product online the 3rd of October 2024 that they could not deliver so was very disappointed how do you advertise something and not provide. Then a week later they cancelled the order since then I have been trying to get my refund back. It is every time promise after promise after promise.
