Pathetic Makro

Bought a goff from Makro Online. The Delivery date was the 6 th of February. Today is the 7 of february. When i called yesterday about my delivery i was told the courier company is on route for my delivery. But when i went and tracked my delivery the courier company havent even collected it yet. So you have people that lie to clients.

When i called back i spoke to Thabelo who i must say was very help full. And he told me the truth.

I also went and put a comment about my ecperience,witch i got a notification that they cant publish it. So Makro wants to run a online store,take your money but cant handle there end of the transaction. And when you want to complain they dont want to take resposibility

Wont use Makro again,absolute waiste of time
