Pathetic makro
Ordered over a month ago. Issue has still not been resolved. I have emailed and called numerous times and yet still not resolved. I am so done with makro. I got a call 6 days ago saying I will get an email once they have followed up. And again no response. Worst service ever received

28 Dec 2021, 14:46Unfortunately this matter has been left unresolved for too long. I would like a refund on the undelivered goods. I will not be dealing with Makro in future. An apology is just no longer good enough I have been apologized to enough but no resolution to date has been found.
