Pathetic logistics from Value Express

THE DAY MAKRO STOP USING VALUE EXPRESS IS THE DAY I WILL START BUYING ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN. I have been trying to find out when the delivery of my purchase from Makro will be delivered without any success. Called, will get back to me - NOTHING whatsapp...... nothing..... Just random whatsapp that my order has been dispatched. I received a SMS from Makro that my purchase was dispatched on Sunday, 22 September and no sign of my purchase - 26 Sept 2024. According to my online purchase delivery it would have been within 1-2 days.
