Pathetic lack of service from Makro Online

I bought a lawnmower from Makro on 16 October which was to be delivered within 2 to 4 days. After numerous calls and enquiries and promises of escalating my query, I was was informed on 30 October that the order was cancelled due to unavailability of stock and I will be refunded wuthin 2 to 10 days. I am still waiting for the refund!!!! I spent so much time on the phone with Makro Online services without success. After I talked ro consultants (at least 8 of them) I received satisfaction surveys per email and indicated that the service is poor or pathetic, but they didn't get back to me. So don't make use of their Online Service. It is really pathetic. I am waiting for a refund for longer than a month.
