Pathetic extended warranty from makro!!!

I purchased a Samsung dishwasher , taken out an extended warranty, it’s 4 and a half years later I encountered an issue with the DRAIN PIPE.. contacted makro , who contacted the technicians who came out evaluated and left coming to the conclusion that it’s wear and tear on drain pipe… I know this… that’s why I’ve contacted you… then the next day they came to take my machine away, I ask why?? Can’t you bring the pipe to my place and change itt!? In any way 3 weeks later after removing my dishwasher from my property and not even a phone call , to let me know what’s happening , it has been returned to me with a bent door , that is difficult to close and bent machine!!!! I only asked for a pipe!!!!! Now I have a damaged machine pathetic lousy!!!!
