PATHETIC EXCUSES

Ordered online. Promised delivery on the 27th Aug. To date i have not received the delivery. I used the whatsapp service only to be told its an IT issue. I am making all the calls, costing me money. On the phone today for 20 min with no outcome. This is pathetic and its not even a bog order.
