Pathetic

Online shopping is pathetic. I had to do a refund but its been almost three weeks and still waiting, they sent a email yesterday asking what method of refund i want so i sent my choice and my details, this morning i woke up to the same email again so i sent my choice and details again. A few hours later they sent the same email again asking what method of refund i want , this happened twice more, i asked in a mail if they have what they need now but got a response with the same emali askingwhat method of refund i want. Thes guys are seriously dumb. Stay away people and just use takealot they dont employ fools like makro does
