Pathetic. disgusting service

Makro online is pathetic, i place an order on 18 February and receive a call from their call from customer service on Sunday for delivery on Monday, however, when I called the call centre on Monday they put you on hold for 20 minutes in order for the customer to speak to the manager and the manager wasn't helpful i had to drop the call(Moiketse call himself a manager from customer service call centre) . Your service is pathetic you need to improve and adapt to online shopping as you are doing great instore. i will not recommend any customer to purchase online in your store as you don't care about your customer.
