pathetic delivery service

My name is Lunga Ima so disappointed with the service i received at Makro i bought a Defy fridge on last week Friday they promise me to delivery within 3 days when i call them they told me the store who has my fridge which is Makro warehouse in Milnerton cape town is currently on strike and when i track my status on online still on packed since the 28May 2021even the call centre agents cannot assist me keep on telling me they are escalating the matter, Now i amso sick and tired of this i want my fridge to be delivered .before i take legal action against Makro retail.call me ***
