Pathetic delivery and communication

Your communication, even though emails and sms was sent, was poor and did not allow for a response. Your channel partners for delivery is pathetic. Products were cancelled without any proper notification or reason why. Left a message on your web portal regarding products not delivered. No response. Sent an email for same reason. No response.
