Pathetic service, i bought a washing machine online, and i got a email that my product was being packed and then the next moment i received a email saying my order was cancelled, so its fine to take the customers money and just cancel if you fell like it and the customer needs to wait how many business days for the refund? An best of all i never requested a refund and i infact phoned to ask not to cancel 2 mins after receiving the mail.
