Pathetic customer service or should I say no customer service received

I placed an order on 5th March which was scheduled to be delivered in 4 deliveries with my last order scheduled to be delivered by Thursday 27th March. I called them on Wednesday 26th March to follow up on the last delivery as it was not packed or handed to a courier as yet and was told they would follow up with the supplier and send feedback via email, no email received on the 26th. I called back on the 27th and was told the same story and was told I would get a call back and email feedback but yet again no feedback received on the day! The item that was ordered was required for this weekend for a getaway trip and was told to the makro staff on both occasions when I called to follow up. I also sent two emails to makro stating the above and no responses to my email queries either. This is really pathetic customer service and I definitely will not be supporting Makro again as this is not the first time an order of mine was messed up!
