Pathetic customer service from Makro

I am currently experiencing the worst customer service ever from Makro. Last Saturday I had done an online purchase for an item. It has been a week and I have not received it. I purchased a camping tent which I specifically need for today. It's been a while week I have made contact with them several times and no feedback other than they will update me but yet I have no update. Due to this poor service I have to now go out looking for a camping tent at the last minute. This is pathetic service. I am so disappointed. If they cannot do online sales I recommend they stop and I encourage other not to waste their time purchasing online from makro.
