Pathetic Customer Service Ever

Most horrible experienced ever , purchased a product, returned within the 7day period as per policy as the product was defective, 1 month later still waiting for my refund , Called many times to the store and customer care , definitely no one cares 1 month later .

Not even the store manger or the department ever answer they phones or returns calls.
