Pathetic customer service

I bought a cellphone via payjoy in makro durban and before 1 year the fone had been fully paid off and started to give me a number of issues... When I took the fone back to the store they did not assist as I was told the payjoy assist no longer works there. I thn went to makro springfield as I live closer to that store and even that store refused to assist... The device is currently with makro springfield I have called on numerous occasions to the store and to head office call center but everyone keeps taking my details but no one calls back or offers any positive feedback. While awaiting for the fone to be repaired I purchased a brand new fone as I need for business and then received a call to pay for the repairs on the fone that I returned to makro. This is absolutely outrageous and ridiculous that I must pay for something which I did not damage....i asked the store for a refund as there was no damage to the fone and it was fully paid with all relevant items returned but the store keeps dragging the process and the manager Wendy made it clear I will never receive a refund.
