Pathetic customer service

customer service is pathetic. my delivery didnt arrive as on the set date as it was stuck in proceeding. I had to follow up every time to get an update even though they said they would get back to me . only to now find out that my order was cancelled and refunded with no notice or explanation. all they could say was there was no reason given. if I was at least informed that I wasn't getting my Item I would have looked for another special during black Friday but no they decided to just leave me uninformed in limbo.
