Pathetic customer service
Worst customer experience ever!!! Bought goods online in November and still not received. Called (useless) call center to cancel and was told refund would reflect 3-5 days... Almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. My next step is legal action.
DON'T USE THE ONLINE SHOP.. EVER

21 Dec 2021, 12:18Was told Makro would get back to me on this within 48-hours... No one did... I had to call them back and was then told that the order I cancelled 2x weeks ago (ref ***) was only processed today and a refund would take another 15-30 days ???
