Pathetic customer service and NO delivery

Absolutely appalling and pathetic service!!! Will NEVER order from them online again nor will I ever recommend it. Ordered an item online for locker delivery. Then got a call from a very suspicious courier asking for my address and demanding multiple times to meet immediately for a signature for the item even though I ordered a locker delivery. I sent them the screenshots of the convo via DM on Twitter. Then after a few days the order status changed from "with courier" to "completed". I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. Asked for an update numerous times via email, tried calling (the line just cuts off), tweeted them and NOT A WORD! I'm highly frustrated. I logged a repair/return for another item i bought a few months ago and no response from them about that either.

Reviewer Update
I find that very hard to believe. I’ve been told that I’ll receive feedback via twitter and I still haven’t heard anything. Once again, I also logged a return/repair and no response was received about that either. Please confirm how I will be receiving feedback regarding my order AND my return. Will it be an email, phone call, tweet?? And how many times must I hear the same line from you guys (that you’re liaising with the relevant departments....) before I get a proper response.
