Pathetic customer service and delayed delivery with no customer service t

I placed an online order on 5 December, expected delivery date was 17 December and the items were not delivered. Due to Makro's lack of customer service, I had to phone their call centre on numerous occasions and delivery was promised for 24 December, guess what, it's Christmas eve and no delivery.

Makro doesn't have the decency to update their customers on the progress/delays, the customers are expected to phone and check the progress and they won't even call back with a status update.

I guess I won't be supporting this pathetic business any time again.

I wish I could have written a review with zero stars because they don't even deserve one star
