Pathetic customer service!!!
Absolutely pathetic customer service! I have requested a return with makro due to the product being faulty a full month ago. Other than an automatic response I have heard nothing from them aside for meaningless apologies and empty promises. I have followed up 6 times and have had no luck. I recommend you don't shop at Makro as it'll cause more inconvenience than anything else!

Now I don't have my product or my money. I expect feedback and this to be resolved immediately. I am sick of your meaningless apologies. It has now been six weeks since I logged my return and nothing has been done about it. Pathetic.
