Pathetic customer service

This is the second time I've ordered something online at makro the first time I went with the pick up option and my order was ready for pick up the next day I had no problems whatsoever but this time around I opted for the delivery option and today 5 days later I'm still waiting. My order was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 3rd then I was informed that there is a delay with my order I will be receiving it on the 4th. Yesterday I contacted them via email and phone call no one was able to assist me I've also enquired bout this on the makro app and on WhatsApp and no one absolutely no one has gotten back to me yet. This morning at 4:37 I received an email stating that the package was handed over to the courier company they use only to just find out that the package is still at makro and still I've not received any communication from Marko regarding my complaints. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least. I would not recommend anyone to make use of there online delivery service. It's completely useless and there customer service is pathetic
