Pathetic Customer Service

I purchased Dulux paint on 23rd September 2023 and was told that I could wipe off dirt marks by the agent.

The agent did not offer me a 3 in 1 but made me buy 2 different products. My painter confirmed that the paint is a matte finish, and you can not wipe off any marks.

I went back to Makro Amanzimtoti on the 3rd of October and lodged a complaint to which I was told that an inspector would be in contact with me, but I have not received a call to date and have not received any assistance from Makro after emailing them my complaint.
