Pathetic Customer Service
I placed my order on the 21st, received email that it’s been dispatched same day.
I called today to follow up, l always told the order was never dispatched, l told the lady according to the website the order was handed to courier, she said to me “l am not sure which website you are referring to but on my side this order was never collected”
She said she would escalate the matter and get someone to call me before 12 but nothing!!!
