Pathetic Customer Service

I placed an order, MAK*** on the 24th of August, delivery was supposed to be within 2-5 days. It's been 8.

Dawn Wing has my package and delivery was supposed to take place on the 29th. I have received no communication from them whatsoever.

I've reached out to Makro and Dawn Wing on every single platform and I have had absolutely ZERO feedback.

Pathetic customer service. No one ever gets back to you. Why use courier companies that are so unrealiable?
