Pathetic Customer Care

<p>Never have I experienced such a bunch of careless people working for a store of this scale... </p> <p> </p> <p>My frustration started when I went over to the electronics department in need of an electric shaver when the "person" behind the counter while her obvious hubby is busy talking to each other. .. I do t have x ray vision like superman so couldnt see through the boxes and therefor left as I needed a cellphone screen cover .. the staff member standing wondering alone told me I should talk to the woman behind the computer called Florence where she tells me did you look around the corner... I exloded a d made a big scene asking her how she handles customers ... what patheticness . Even if you are busy with who ever, you get someone to assist .. anyways I went to the fleamarket and got my cover for a R100 .. bargain if you Have to deal with assholes like this.. sad actually</p>
