I doubt they even deserve 1 star….Very pathetic service. I ordered a Fan on the 26th and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, The driver **** and said He came to our complex and there was no one…The guards are always there. I then received a call from an employee of Makro saying My parcel will be delivered on the 4th of December. I had to call twice for my matter to be escalated. Today I received an email stating that I will get My refund within 14 working days. For a huge establishment like this, you guys are disgusting and pathetic. Get your ducks in a row
