Pathetic

I placed an order ( including Easter Eggs) on the 28th March. The money was deducted off my Makro card and it's still showing as "awaiting payment". I sent proof of the Sms that Makro sent me of the order, I sent a screen grab from the Makro app confirming the money they took the money. They won't accept that as proof. They won't accept their own form of communication or am I being accused of lying? They have an internal system issue and the customer is paying the price. If you offer something make sure you can deliver on it! I am constantly sending follow ups. The only call I got was to be told they need proof ( after I sent all the screen shots). I want my order or my account to be credited... its Good Friday tomorrow!!! This is your error, fix it!!!!!
