Pathetic and online ******s

We bought Makro black friday sale utems online on the 29th of November, 2 weeks after nothing was delivered but the online order status had already been changed to delivered. I had to do numerous follow ups via their call center who promised to do some follow ups on the order but in reality they were not doing anything that gave results.

On week 3 I called asking for a refund instead, a gentleman informed me that he is niw pricessing the refund, it was on Tuesday morning, to mu surprise that same Tuesday around 5pm i started receiving messages saying a courier has pick part of your order and is now on his way to your house, I called the guy and told him that I no longer need the item...i need a refund instead, he then didnt come with the order...but upto now i am still calling Makro to find out what happened to my refund....

There is no direct call to assist clients on matters as refunds and returns...Makro online is Pathetic, its junk...i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy on Makro online..its a 50 50 chance of getting ur item...tjey are disorganized and they care less about their clients....i wasn't expecting such a big organization to be disorganized like that... *I will fight to get my money back ..will never buy Makro online again*
