Pathetic and disgusting service!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the late delivery of my parcel, parcel tracking number MAK***, which was scheduled to arrive on 14 December 2024. Unfortunately, it was delivered on the 21 January after the expected delivery date.

Not only was the delivery late, but some stuff was not delivered the communication and service I received from your team were also unsatisfactory. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service team, I was unable to get a clear update on the status of my parcel or just a mere apology.

I still haven't receive the parcel that Is due to me...

I don't think I will ever recommend or buy at Makro again!
