Pathetic and Atrocious Customer Service

Poor customer service. Makro had incorrect pricing on their website and I was told that I need to wait 2 hours for IT to fix it. I waited till the next day and it still was not fixed. I then asked them what is the solution, I was told to buy the product at the given price and the remainder will be refunded once the order is delivered. It been 5 days since my order was delivered. I have no communication with Makro and it seems like they just don't care. I am very disappointed and want my money now. They can get back the entire order and give all my money because I have had it with the pathetic service
