Pathetic aftersales

Extremely terrible after sales service. Order a stove and oven. Item was delivered within 30hrs. But when we reported to them that the stove was damaged, now have to call them everyday since, Friday 26 July 2024 to find out what is happening as they have not even contacted when the item will be collected. You can't talk to anyone else except the contact centre. They keep telling me they will escalate and get relevant department to contact me. To date no one from Makro has contacted me.
