Pathetic after sales service from Makro online

Never do online with Makro. quick to accept order and deliver the wrong product. Thereafter one cannot get them to contact one. I placed and order online for a greean and grey Campmaster family cabin 490 on the 14th Dec and they delivered the wrong colour on the 15th Dec. Ive contacted them on all their communication platforms since the 16th logged a telephonic return on 17th Dec and then managed to log a online return o 18th Dec of which I received reference numbers for both. They emailed me with reference and on the 23rd still no feedback I escalated it. Received a whatsapp message saying a representive will contact me from their returns. It's the 27th Dec and nooone has contacted me from Makro. Their after sales service is downright pathetic. The call centre agent could tell me it came from Montague Gardens.
