Pathetic after sale service Makro

On 21 April i was here complaining about the pathetic service i received from Makro, they responded to say they will call until today i am still sitting with a fridge that is not working, when i call im told is that the matter will be escalated. This is so unprofessional and unaccetaple. I never enjoyed the use of my fridge from the November , it is almost a year i have been calling but nobody cares, not sure if this is what wmart is about. I will not rest until , my rights a consumer haa been violated
