Pathetic service. Online order placed on the 23rd August. Till now nothing. Received sms saying it out for delivery and will receive sms with locker pin, nothing. I am tired of calling cause it’s the same scripted response from everyone. Clearly no one cares. How difficult is it to just deliver or call me if there is a delay in my order. Between you and dsv, someone is messing me around. Even after all this inconvenience you won’t even suggest a delivery. Nxa. Such inconvenience. Pathetic customer service.
