pathetic

I bought a defy gas glass top which exploded after not even 3 months... I have contacted them iro a replacement and they advised defy will come out in two days... it is a week and a half later and still nothing!!!! I can't cook food... seriously unacceptable... they sold me the demo model and now it's a problem for them to refund or replace!!!! Defy is NOT a good brand.. had trouble with my fridge as well....
