PATHETIC

i purchased online on 25th of november,i got an excuse everyday as to why my delivery needs to be delayed each day i got a story it will be delivered tomorrow. i was even told nobody delivers on a sunday. 1stly the service is not free i paid for my delivery which i felt was a complete waste of my time,had i been told the service is so pathetic i would have collected the item myself. finally sunday i get a call from dispatch saying the product is actually only being released today (sunday) and will be delivered on monday about 1 week later.... so today i recieve a call from the delivery person screaming at me to call him bac**** my aitime to call back.... fine i call back he continues to scream telling ,me i better be there he has lots of deliveries. the reason why i wanted my goods issued earlier was because i needed to make arrangements as i live in a complex. he arrives in a truck thats to big to enter the complex. he then refuses to assist by putting the washing machine into the car so that we can drive into the complex,finally it gets done because the sercurity of the complex shouted that the truck cannot be parked.fine we get to the unit on the 1st floor,the driver then has a problem to take it upstairs. honestly disgusting service. i really dont what i p[aid for if your customer service policy is such that you should treat paying customers badly you get 10 points. i did place other orders which i have now cancelled due to your terrible service
