Pathetic

I tried to do an online statement request, it did not work, then i tried the sms statement request and i got notified that my card got blocked and to call ***** dep . Held on for ages, finally went to a store, they called customer service who said they can't give statement as it only comes out on 10th, so how then do you pay, if u pay after statement i get listed on itc...really...now standing at the store waiting for the ***** department on call for 25 minutes, pathetic realy !!! Someone call me so i can close this account.
