Pathetic

Beyond a joke. I placed on online order ref MAK*** on the 22 Nov. I requested that the package be delivered. I called 2 days later to find out where the package was, only to be told that that I need to collect it. I said I would collect but it wouldn’t be immediately. I then got a message yesterday to say that the package has been collected!! By who??? I didn’t collect! I have spoken to numerous people at Makro who all have different stories.. a courier collected?? It’s been sent back to the store… there is no package!! So where the hell is my package ???
