PATHETIC

I think it's totally unfair that when you purchase a product in time for a Christmas gift and till today you did not receive it in fact when phoning to track the parcel I was told it's handed to courier on the 23rd and should be with me on the 24th. Then on the 24th when I called I was told it's with courier I must wait for them to contact me... Nothing happened eventually when I called to enquire on the 2nd or 3rd I was told that Marketplace is closed and the consultant was gone call me back to tell me when they open again... Guess what still waiting for her call... So hopefully if I'm lucky this gift will be in time for my husband's birthday but NEVER AGAIN AM I USING MAKRO ONLINE!!!
