Pathetic
I ordered a UPS for work (I teach online) on the 4th of November. It is now the 24th of November and I'm still siting. I was told I'd get my order in 7-10 days. I keep getting conflicting information in the form of SMS's and emails about the status of my order and delivery date. When I called customer care I wasn't given much reassurance as I was told all they can do is escalate because the order has already been dispatched. But I'm still waiting. For a TWO THOUSAND RAND ORDER

24 Nov 2022, 15:13Oh and here's the kicker. I called customer care again today and no one can tell me where my order is or give me an update on what happened to it after the 7th of November. All they know is it was handed to the courier on the 16th
