Pathethic service from Makro

Pathetic service from Makro. Their online support should be called no support. They are unable to assist with resolving a simple issue with the online shopping. I have been receiving an error message which does not allow me to view my cart or checkout. I have been phoning them on a daily basis for the past 2 weeks. No feedback , no emails. Today I phoned the complaints department *** they still haven’t given me feedback. I was promised a callback after 2 hours by Mduduzi . Their online support should be called online no support. Makro needs to address their staff or train them properly. They are useless when it comes to resolving problems.
