Pathet

I went to the new Makro store in Port Elizabeth yesterday. Beautiful looking store but once again the service I received was beyond **********. I got to the store at 8:30 am. First in line because I had to go to work. The idea was to buy a TV on special for 7999.. When it came to register with the TV license the service came to a halt. 9 people behind the counter couldn't help. No one could log onto the system. After 30 minutes it seemed like everyone lost interest and no one could help me. When I called for the manager to come I had to wait for an additional 15 minutes. He was very apologetic and was full of excuses. I had to leave and come back to the store 8 hours later wasting my time and fuel. According to the manager being a new store you are still having teething problems. Surely this should be sorted before you open. When I came back their was an issue with the sale and the cashier had to ring up the sale twice as the salesman didn't put a code on the item.
