PATHERTIC SERVICE

I have waited 3 months and no delivery. I have to followup everyday and still NO SERVICE. NO RESPOSE after contacting customer service. Keeps you hold and then simply cancells call. They NEVER provide you feedback. HOW CAN WE ESCALATE THIS TO MANAGEMENT.
