Pathectic service from Makro

I purchased an office chair for R2800 in September 2022, the following day I exchanged it due the chair being lob sided. The new chair now has the same issue. I have contacted Makro and have ben informed that the chair is 3 weeks out of warranty and I therefore need to liase directly with the supplier to get this sorted. So basically Makro does ot take accountability for the suppliers they choose to use or the quality of the products supp****. I am extremely disappointed with the service received from makro and do not recommend suuporting this franchise!
