Partial refund after 9 months of waiting

So after more than 9 months, I finally get a refund... Should be happy, right?

Maybe if the refund was for the amount I am owed, I would have been. But for some reason, you decide to only pay part of the refund.

I paid full price for the item, you didn't deliver. I am owed the full amount back.
