Partial Delivery with NO feedback

I Placed an order on 22Nov, got a call 23 Nov from Makro Polokwane to swap some juice flavours as some was out of stock, I confirmed that they can make the swap and thus delivery was to follow.

29 Nov I received an sms that my order was shipped and was due for delivery. Some time after 3pm the delivery guy came and brought 2 small boxes Of the 33 items I ordered only 2 was delivered, and the driver knew nothing of the rest of my order.

I sent mail 30Nov to ********** and no response. I made several calls to the call centre, when I actualy get hold of someone then they say they will get back to me but dont, they say that is un acceptable but do nothing about it

I even got hold of a Management representative "Anthony" 6Nov, 7Nov he told me he will try and get my stuff delivered today, but will be latest tomorrow 8Nov.

We are on 11Nov and still no delivery, called Anthony today and he said he will get back to me asap, he never got back to me and I could not get hold of him all day after that.

Will I ever see what I paid for before christmas??
