Part of my order not delivered

A part of my makro order hasn’t been delivered for over a week. I keep getting emails that delivery failed because they couldn’t get hold of me. The funny part a part of the same order was delivered without any issues. How can you get hold of me for one part of the order and fail to get hold of me on the 2nd part of the order? I even have an Oder after the same order and it was delivered so what’s the issue with delivering that part of my order?
