I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from Makro.

I placed and paid for my order on 8 April at 11:45 AM, with a promised delivery date of 14 April. The order status still shows “Ready to be shipped,” meaning it has not even been dispatched.

I have made numerous attempts to resolve this by contacting Makro via phone on several dates, as well as through WhatsApp. Despite this, I have received no clear communication, no explanation for the delay, and no resolution.

I have since requested cancellation multiple times, but even this has not been processed. It is unacceptable that a paid order is neither delivered nor cancelled upon request.

This level of service is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I expect immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund without further delays.

I would advise others to be cautious when ordering online, as my experience has involved significant delays, poor communication, and lack of accountability.
