Paid online but no delivery. Horrible service

My partner & I bought a 58" Sinotec TV on the Makro website for delivery on the 21/03/2025. The money was taken immediately but they said there's some issues with Capitec. We even received an email. The website said it would be delivered on the 29th. When we give the order number, it can't be tracked. It's been escalated 3 times but we're still without the TV. This is the worst service I've received in ages. They say they can't give me a TV from the Centurion branch coz I bought it online for delivery.
